I have every intention of someday getting pics up – especially of my beautiful new niece! for now I have to let the anticipation build!

So Marks middle son and girlfriend are expecting a baby. When Mark called to tell me he called me “Grama”. GRAMA!!!!??? How can this be! I am to young, youthful, and so much more!

I am just kidding of course… I am sure it will be a ball to have a baby around…

Happy Birthday Mark. I am a lucky girl to be married to a sweet, loving kind man.

I had a nice weekend. Mark and I got alot of yard work done and got plants hung and some plantings done. I do love summer. I wanted to but I did not ride Miss Daisy this weekend however she did get a bath. She always looks so nice but I am sure by today she will have rolled in something and be back to her dirty self!

It is amazing how a little sunshine can brighten your day. Yesterday it was rainy and awful and it just can make you kind of bummed out but… today SUNSHINE and it is Friday.

Life is good. We just sold our Chevy Cobalt and now we will be in search of a truck to replace it. We want a truck to pull trailers and horses. (or should I say I want to pull horses!) This weekend looks nice to so I

It has been forever since I posted so here goes! Here is “my list” of what I have been doing!

1. Life is good, Mark is good, family is good.

2. Just got back from California with my Grama where I went to meet beautiful Lauren Marie my new 2 month old niece. It was love at first sight and I hope to go in the fall again to see her. My brother lives in San Diego to so it is a two for one visit!

3. My horse Daisy is completing her training and I am back on her. It makes me realize how short she is compared to the other horses I have been riding since my time off her, I really have not attempted to work her yet. Just simple outdoor riding.

4. I think the weather may be breaking. I actually got a sunburn Saturday which strangley, makes me very happy!

5. Work is good. Busy with some interesting documentaries. Just finished one called The Truth about Autism. If you are interested you can find my work at www.sccresa.org under video production. The autism video should be up by the end of this week.

6. We have completed a variety of house projects such as painting, ect. That makes me happy. Next step more landscaping!

7. 3 fun concerts this summer – Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and Dierkes Bentley and Toby Keith and Trace Adkins – fun!

I am quite tired of the single digit temperatures. Last Friday schools were closed due to the cold. I don’t rea;;u remember that happening when I was a kid. Heck our parents said that it was good for you – go make a snowman!
